Dear Colleagues,

Siberian State Medical University (RUSSIA) invited scientists, postgraduate students, and any specialists in the field of medicine, biology, and ecology to participate in a new teleconference – “Issues and perspectives of contemporary medicine, biology and ecology”, which will be held 26 October 2010.  To take part in the teleconference and publish your article in our web-site and our “Issues and perspectives of contemporary medicine, biology and ecology”  you should do the following actions:

1.    please register online in our web-site;
2.    fill out online an application form (you can find this form here);

There are the following topics in the teleconference:

1.    Issues of physiology and morphology;
2.    Issues of botany and zoology;
3.    Issues of ecology and environmental epidemiology;
4.    Issues of medicine and human health;
5.    Issues of infectology, microbiology and parasitology;
6.    Issues of genetics, molecular biology and cytology.

The teleconference will be held off-line. Participants who wish to present the results of their research are invited to submit an article according to guidelines below. Accepted papers will be presented in the web-site for off-line discussion and comments. The articles appear in the journal, to be distributed after the teleconference.

Articles Submission Guidelines:

1.    The word processing package should be Word. The articles must be printed in Time New Roman, 13 points, and double spacing throughout including the references, tables and captions of figures. The margins must be 20 mm on each side of a page.
2.    The first page should show the title of the article in block capitals, the names and initials of the authors and institution (s) and/or department(s) where the work was carried out together with the name, e-mail, and post address of the author with whom all correspondence will be conducted. Please underline the presenter’s name.
3.    The rest pages should show the text of the article:
•    The title of the article in block capitals;
•    The names and initials of the authors;
•    The text of the article. The submitted article should not exceed 18 pages. The text should comprise the following sections: Summary (not exceeding 200 words long), Introduction, Material and Methods, Results (including Tables and Figures), Discussion and References.
