The one from inductors of depression conditions at youth is burden of medical-social diseases. Influence of that is aggravated by especial regime of education in the High school [Blinova Е.G., 2009].
Aim: To assess the influence of medical-social problems on the rate situational anxiety of Medical School students.
Objects and methods: Was provided the questionnaire survey of 1st and 2nd courses students (General Medicine Faculty, State Medical University of Semey city), males and females, mean age 21 (n=300). Was developed questionnaire form “Medical-social problems of High School students”. The acceptability of that was evaluated by pilot survey of 100 students, General medicine Faculty (15). For assessment of situational anxiety used standardized psychological test of Spilberg-Hanin. At the end of survey has formed the Data base and calculated in statistical software EpiInfo, correlation index (r) medical-social problems summarized influence on the rate of situational anxiety of students.
Results. At first place from medical problems stay gastrointestinal pathology 37% (n-97), otolaryngial 33% (n-87), osteochondrosis 27% (n-71), myopia 18% (n-47), by 12% for intracranial hypertensia and functional cardiopaty (n-31). About satisfaction of medical care quality in the Student’s Ambulatory had negative answer 74% surveyed (n-195), often has registered personal opinion about “long waiting time” to specialists of clinic. Only 20% respondents registered dissatisfaction of home environment (n-52) and 68% (n-179) don’t have correct nutrition regime. By Spilberg’s test has registered in 100% (n-264) increasing of situational anxiety rate. Summarized estimation at all students was 45 and more (high).
At data analysis defined strong direct correlation medical-social problems summarized influence on the rate of situational anxiety, r-0,8.
Conclusion. In important problems by self estimation results: high prevalence of somatic pathology (37%), dissatisfaction of Student’s quality service. Defined strong correlation medical-social problems summarized influence on the rate of situational anxiety. That tells about necessity the strongest attention of public health providers to high school students at modern stage.
